Use of Online Classes: I understand that Zoom is not a part of Balance for Teachers and any support with the application or usage of it will need to be dealt with directly by the application provider. I accept that when utilising the online classes with Balance for Teachers that I am fit to exercise and I have provided my address and emergency contact details of someone who is local to support me if required. I am fully responsible for myself when choosing to partake in classes and waiver all responsibility of Balance for Teachers and its staff. I understand that it is vital to have the camera on in order for the class to be of benefit and for the instructor to support my practice.
Discover Life Outside Work Accelerator 12 week program: After 14 days on the program, I accept and commit to this program in its entirety. I understand that any/all payments made are reserving a non-refundable spot in said program/experience and I am responsible for payment in full, regardless of participation. Should the client choose not to participate in the program for any reason throughout its duration, all remaining instalments shall still be due and payable to Balance for Teachers Ltd. No refunds will be issued unless the 14-day guarantee is claimed in writing to [email protected] before midnight on the 14th day. All remaining payments must be paid in a timely manner.
Discover Life Outside Work Accelerator Membership: I understand that this is a rolling membership and can be cancelled in writing 14 days prior to the next payment due date to [email protected]. If payments are due within 14 days or have already been taken then cancellation will be for the following payment date due after this and no refunds will be provided.
Use of Member Areas: Balance for Teachers Ltd utilises Clickfunnels in order to store your program information. We are not the creators of Clickfunnels and therefore some technical concerns are out of our control. We will however do everything within our power to support you to be able to utilise the Members Area effectively.
Lifetime Access is defined as the length of the time that the program is offered by Balance for Teachers Ltd. Balance for Teachers Ltd reserves the right to move programs to other software systems or remove them in their entirety. Lifetime refers to the product's lifetime only.
Appointment Bookings and Cancellation: Appointments must be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours prior to the start time for a full refund or to move the appointment to another time. Appointment allowances will be lost for non-attendance or that are not utilised within the respective month of the given program.
Coaching Calls: Balance for Teachers Ltd will not be liable for any call charges incurred by the client if they have dialled in from a phone at a chargeable rate. During group coaching calls clients are advised to respect one another and anyone who is being deemed disrespectful will be asked to leave the call.
Any monthly calls that are not utilised will not be rolled over and will be forfeited.
Payments: Payment schedules will be dependent on the program purchased and maybe on variable dates. Please contact [email protected] if you would like a copy of your payment schedule.
Referral Incentive: For referral incentives to be initiated the new client must advise of the referral prior to the first consultation. Referrals will not be provided in hindsight of the new client's first payment. Referral credit will be applied 30 days after the first payment has been made unless a refund or cancellation is processed for the new client before the completion of the 30 day initial period.
Gift Vouchers: Are non-refundable and must be redeemed within 6 months of purchase and once applied to a person’s account is non-transferable.
Program Cancellation: Clients have up to 30 days after the purchase date to cancel a program for a full refund. Programs may be placed on hold due to medical reasons only. Evidence must be emailed to [email protected]. No refunds will be issued prior to receipt of this notice from the client to the company.
Confidentiality of your content: Your participation within a program includes the right to join our members' only Facebook Group. We cannot guarantee that any information that you post or otherwise share on our Facebook Group will be confidential. For that reason, you should not disclose through our Facebook Group (or any other social media platforms) any information or other content which is of a confidential nature.
Permissions you give us to your content: You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, copy, reproduce, store, distribute, publish, export, adapt, edit, translate, and create derivative works of, display and perform your content to the extent reasonably required for the performance of our obligations and the exercise of our rights under our terms, related marketing and our internal purposes, consistent with your privacy settings. You also grant us the right to sub-license these rights to our hosting, connectivity and telecommunications service providers, subject to any express restrictions elsewhere in our terms. This licence will end when your content is deleted from our systems or in case of your content published on our Facebook Group, when your content is deleted from that Facebook Group.
You can remove your consent at any time for future marketing use by emailing [email protected]. The material will be used for promotional and marketing purposes only. Balance for Teachers may also contact you about upcoming promotions which you can unsubscribe to at any time by clicking ‘unsubscribe’ on the emails or by emailing [email protected].
Amendment Clause: Balance for Teachers Ltd may amend this agreement at any time with reasonable notice, including without limitation by posting revised terms on its website url http://www.worklifebalanceforteachers.com which amended terms and conditions shall be binding upon.
